About the Role
We are looking for an Onboarding Agent to join our team at SumUp, a global FinTech company empowering small businesses. This role involves facilitating the verification process for clients and ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate with newly registered merchants predominantly via email
- →Review and verify merchants’ registration documents
- →Resolve varying levels of queries in a timely and efficient manner
- →Apply AML, anti-terrorist and anti-corruption guidelines as dictated by company policies
- →Identify changes to improve efficiency and customer experience
- →Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- ✓Excellent command of French & English
- ✓Strong team player with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- ✓Strong time management and organizational skills
- ✓Enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to learn
- ✓Previous experience in handling support email queries (advantage)
- ✓Comfortable working with data and attention to details
