About the Role
We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Analyst to join our Spaceport team at SpaceX. This role involves supporting legal functions and ensuring regulatory compliance for our space exploration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in developing and executing processes to manage regulatory compliance procedures
- →Lead and support investigations into legal matters, maintaining detailed records
- →Coordinate with internal teams to organize documents for attorney review
- →Draft, maintain, and manage legal documents including corporate documents and regulatory filings
- →Advise and educate internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters
- →Negotiate and track Non-Disclosure Agreements
- →Produce templates and documents for corporate policies
- →Provide general support to legal functions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- ✓2+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory role
- ✓Excellent judgment and discretion with strong organizational skills
- ✓Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience with document collection and electronic discovery
- ✓Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively
