Key Responsibilities
- βDefine North Star metrics and key growth drivers, build product KPI tree, and conduct regular weekly product reviews
- βAnalyze, design, and implement retention loops, optimize paywall and pricing models
- βFormulate and prioritize hypotheses, design experiments
- βDesign user flows, create acceptance criteria, and coordinate delivery with engineers
- βSet up and manage team collaboration
- βWork closely with marketing, Growth, and analytics teams
Requirements
- β4+ years of product experience, with at least 2+ in B2C subscription or paid products with retention responsibility
- βExperience in fast-paced delivery environments (startups, growth teams)
- βExperience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- βBasic expertise in product analytics: cohorts, segmentation, SQL or similar tools, experience with Amplitude/Mixpanel/GA4
- βUnderstanding of experiment design: metrics, interpretation, practical statistical literacy
- βExperience in product discovery: interviews, JTBD, problem formulation, value proposition
- βProduct delivery skills: user flows, roadmap, hypothesis estimation and prioritization
- βBasic technical understanding of web products
- βHigh level of ownership, systematic approach, and speed
- βClear and effective communication skills
- βAbility to prioritize and maintain focus
