About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set and achieve sales targets using specific performance metrics aligned with business strategy
- →Communicate with, advise, and visit customers to solve problems and place Radius products
- →Drive sustainable, partnership-based revenue growth with innovative ideas
- →Gather customer feedback, communicate it within the company, and initiate projects to improve customer experience
- →Regularly report results and recommend improvements to the Head of Account Management
- →Stay informed about market and product trends and communicate relevant content within the company and to customers
- →Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
- →Independently collect customer data and updates throughout the customer journey and maintain them in our CRM
