Key Responsibilities
- →Managing and corresponding with a portfolio of 400-500 accounts
- →Supporting customers with any issues or queries they are having regarding their account
- →Cross-selling and promoting other various Radius products
- →Working towards and meeting KPI targets set
- →Develop and drive strategic plans to foster customer growth and profitability
- →Serve as the primary representative for over 400 customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- →Introduce and promote the full suite of Radius products to build strong, lasting customer relationships
- →Adapt communication and engagement methods to suit the unique needs of each customer
- →Work collaboratively with the wider team to support the company's strategic goals and objectives
- →Provide exceptional support to other portfolios as needed, maintaining the same level of excellence
