About the Role
Rain is building a modern data team from the ground up. This role is for a high agency analyst who ensures data is useful and adopted, not just available. You’ll own the tools and data that all of our leaders and teams rely on, turning messy signals into clear priorities and actions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build dashboards and data sources that enable self-serve analytics
- →Establish a rhythm for consistent insights discovery
- →Own metric quality with stakeholders, partnering with Product and Engineering
- →Support leadership team and work closely with Product and Customer teams
Requirements
- ✓5–8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles
- ✓Advanced SQL skills, including comfort with complex joins and messy schemas
- ✓Advanced experience with BI tools and designing dashboards for self-serve analytics
- ✓Strong communication skills and experience as a cross-functional thought partner
- ✓Structured approach to problem solving and ability to turn fuzzy questions into clear actions
