Key Responsibilities
- →Execute restaurant operations functions
- →Serve as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
- →Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- →Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- →Conduct shift management meeting operations and safety standards
- →Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution
- →Deploy crewmembers during shifts
- →Provide exemplary customer service
- →Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
- →Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- →Ensure restaurant cleanliness and facility maintenance
- →Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead or below the waist
