About the Role
Ramp is seeking an AI Agent Operator and Architect to join the team designing, building, and operating AI agents for the Marketing team. This role involves building AI systems that autonomously run marketing workflows and recursively learn.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build AI agents from scratch that autonomously run marketing workflows
- →Break down workflows into the pieces agents actually need
- →Build evaluation frameworks that measure agent quality
- →Design self-improving loops for agents
- →Own everything from identifying workflows to production deployment

- →Build reusable agent infrastructure and internal tooling
Requirements
- ✓Can mock up an MVP and then build the thing
- ✓Extremely AI-pilled with knowledge of the frontier
- ✓Think in systems and loops, not tasks and tickets
- ✓Have built and shipped agents in production
- ✓Process-oriented with a focus on evals and observability
- ✓Experiment fast and cheap with agent architectures
- ✓Fluent across the modern AI stack
