About the Role
We are looking for a Deduction Management Specialist to assist with the end-to-end deduction process for direct ship customers. This role involves researching, reconciling, and classifying trade expenses while working closely with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist with end-to-end deduction process for direct ship customers
- →Research and reconcile deductions from customer payments
- →Dispute all invalid deductions
- →Maintain high level of organization for customer level deductions and disputes
- →Work in team environment with stakeholders across departments
- →Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation in CPM trade management system
- →Provide monthly updates to Sales teams on deductions/disputes
- →Optimize processes where necessary
