About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the region. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners to maximize brand visibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts within the region
- →Develop joint business plans with retail partners to align on goals, strategies, and execution priorities
- →Ensure execution of agreed-upon sales, merchandising, and promotional strategies across all targeted stores
- →Track and analyze performance metrics, including sales, market share, and execution KPIs
- →Prepare and present regular updates and business reviews to internal stakeholders and external retail partners
- →Develop and execute a territory plan to prioritize key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and allocate resources effectively
- →Act as a brand ambassador within the region, advocating for and enhancing Red Bull's position as the number 1 energy brand
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in account management or relationship building within the retail or consumer goods industry
- ✓Strong understanding of sales, merchandising, and promotional strategies
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- ✓Experience in developing and executing business plans
- ✓Knowledge of the energy drink market and retail landscape
- ✓Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
