About the Role
We are seeking a Process Development Manager to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing innovative system solutions while acting as a bridge between business and IT. You will oversee complex projects, manage change initiatives, and ensure high-quality integration of technical developments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement innovative system solutions by gathering and analyzing business, finance, and operational requirements
- →Translate complex business needs into detailed, system-based concepts such as Business Scope Statements
- →Oversee and deliver high-complexity projects with extensive scope and diverse stakeholders
- →Develop, structure, and execute comprehensive project plans while managing dependencies
- →Provide expert-level support for complex process and system-related issues
- →Lead cross-functional discussions, task-forces, and change management initiatives
- →Ensure high-quality integration of technical developments through detailed testing
- →Oversee the handover of processes and system solutions to governance teams
- →Develop and execute communication plans for system adoption
Requirements
