About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist to join the Red Bull team. This role focuses on developing and executing retail and shopper programming to maximize brand presence and purchase potential.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute retail & shopper programming for generic, retailer, and Red Bull voiced initiatives
- →Consolidate and define the National Retail Programming Calendar for strategic partners
- →Brief internal and external media teams and agencies, developing program creative adhering to Red Bull brand standards
- →Translate brand assets into winning retail programs
- →Coordinate with POS team for in-store visibility and POS item development
- →Seek inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to enhance consumer perception of Red Bull
- →Support national priorities through omnichannel optimization
Requirements
- ✓Experience in retail and shopper marketing
- ✓Strong understanding of POS development and in-store visibility
- ✓Ability to develop sales tools and customer-specific activation details
- ✓Familiarity with retailer marketing capabilities and vendor partners
- ✓Experience in creating retailer-specific programming that drives purchase conversion
- ✓Ability to identify retailer gaps and create solutions to compete effectively
- ✓Leadership in custom solutions and program development for key retail partners
- ✓Experience in post-campaign analysis and performance measurement
