About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our global team at Remote. This role focuses on helping prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform by responding to queries and helping them maximize Remote's suite of products to meet their employment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- →Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
- →Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs
- →Providing support to Account Executive team as needed
- →Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
- →Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
- →Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements
Requirements
- ✓Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
- ✓Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- ✓Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- ✓Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
- ✓Fluency in English & Polish
- ✓Able to think strategically and tactically
