About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Onboarding Operations to join our team at Remote. This role focuses on leading a high-impact, customer-facing team responsible for onboarding our clients' employees globally.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead a team of EMEA Onboarding Operations Specialists, ensuring high quality standards and performance expectations are met
→Manage people effectively, including motivation, conflict resolution, and performance reviews
→Serve as an escalation point for onboarding challenges, working cross-functionally to find solutions
→Collaborate with managers to drive operational change projects
→Utilize data to make decisions and track team performance, producing regular reports
→Continuously identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

✓Significant experience leading high-volume operational teams or demonstrated achievement in a current IC4 role at Remote with team leadership experience
✓Strong alignment with Remote's CITIE values, particularly Care and Intensity
✓Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations
✓Experience collaborating with peers in other departments
✓Experience leading or contributing to departmental operational projects
✓Decision-making skills with data-driven approaches
✓Team-oriented with the ability to build trust and empower others
✓Pragmatic and flexible approach to challenges
✓Basic understanding of emotional intelligence in workplace applications
✓Engagement with WorkRamp materials and departmental training
✓Ability to spend at least 70% of workday in Central EMEA time zone
✓Fluent English communication skills
