About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the COO to architect Ema as an AI-first organization. You will join a high-octane team backed by top-tier investors to move beyond 'AI-enhanced' and into the realm of 'AI-native.' This role involves building the operational blueprint for the world’s first truly AI-first enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and operationalize frameworks to scale Ema from 10 to 100+ employees globally
- →Act as a 'Product Manager' for internal functions, using AI tools to automate Finance, Recruiting, HR, Marketing, etc.
- →Scale Partnership operations globally and lead high-stakes events, analyst engagement, and market research
- →Own high-impact 'Zero-to-One' initiatives directly for the COO, such as investor relations support and compliance
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- ✓MBA and an engineering degree from top-tier schools
- ✓Proven experience in a Founder’s Office or Strategy & Ops role within a high-growth tech environment
- ✓'Product Mindset' and ability to use AI to build tools, scripts, and automations to solve operational bottlenecks
- ✓'Low ego, high impact' leader who can pivot from board decks to office management
- ✓Comfortable managing across time zones; a relentless owner who thrives in ambiguity
