About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on driving pipeline growth through proactive prospecting while mentoring and guiding a small team of BDRs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and social outreach.
- →Own individual pipeline targets and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
- →Act as a player-coach, balancing personal quota attainment with coaching and supporting a small team of BDRs.
- →Provide day-to-day operational guidance to team members, serving as the first point of contact for escalations and operational questions.
- →Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, offering feedback and actionable insights to improve results.
- →Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
- →Leverage AI-driven tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) to optimize prospecting efforts and maintain accurate records.
- →Contribute to process improvements, sharing ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the BDR function.
- →Onboard new BDRs in coordination with the BDR Manager, ensuring a smooth transition and ramp-up.
- →Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging adaptability and innovation within the team.
