About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join Zopa, a peer-to-peer lending company that launched Zopa Bank in 2020. This high-impact role involves setting the direction for product domains, shaping propositions, narratives, and go-to-market strategies that drive customer and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set product marketing strategy
- →Own end-to-end product marketing strategy for complex product domains or portfolios
- →Define clear positioning, propositions, and messaging frameworks
- →Act as the senior product marketing voice in product strategy discussions
- →Partner with Product and Design teams
- →Lead high-stakes or high-complexity launches end-to-end
- →Raise the bar for product marketing
- →Represent Product Marketing internally as a strategic discipline
Requirements
- ✓Deep experience in product marketing within a product-led, customer-centric business
- ✓Experience owning product marketing for complex products or portfolios
- ✓Strength in strategy and positioning as well as clear, compelling copy and narrative
- ✓Ability to think end-to-end, from early product shaping through GTM and post-launch optimisation
- ✓Comfort in influencing senior product and marketing leaders
- ✓This is a hybrid role requiring you to come to our London office 2-3 days a week, with the option of working from abroad for up to 120 days a year.
