Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a combination of agency and internal recruiting
- ✓Proven success in high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments
- ✓Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization
- ✓Detail-oriented and process-driven approach to recruitment
- ✓Cultural ambassadorship, understanding the importance of cultural fit in hiring
- ✓Adaptability and resilience in managing multiple roles and priorities
