About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to support our Divisional team at our industrial site in Faverges. This role is crucial for driving organizational transformations and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement HR strategies that support business goals and organizational effectiveness
- →Coordinate complex HR projects across functions managing all aspects of HR processes
- →Drive change management initiatives to facilitate transformation and cultural evolution
- →Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and all HR aspects
- →Engage in recruitment processes to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- →Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to implement talent development and total rewards programs
- →Facilitate performance management processes to enhance team performance
- →Assist in succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- →Drive employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations
- →Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide data-driven insights
- →Contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes, systems, and tools
Requirements
- ✓Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- ✓Strong understanding of HR strategies and their alignment with business goals
- ✓Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex HR initiatives
- ✓Proven ability to drive change management and cultural evolution
- ✓Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights
- ✓Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
