About the Role
We're looking for a self-motivated HR Operations expert to join Riskified's team. This role involves supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle and ensuring internal HR processes are efficient and successful.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and programs
- →Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with multiple teams
- →Assist with the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures
- →Collaborate across teams including Finance, HRBPs, IT, and Legal to implement programs
- →Drive HR process improvement by evaluating current processes and making recommendations
- →Partner with EOR providers to ensure compliant HR operations
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in HR operations in a global organization
- ✓Previous experience working with a PEO
- ✓Experience with US benefits and leave processes
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- ✓HRIS experience
- ✓Knowledge of leave of absence administration processes and US legislation
- ✓Analytical and data management skills
