About the Role
We are looking for a Vehicle Coordinator to join our team at roadsurfer, Europe's largest campervan rental company. This role focuses on coordinating all processes related to our camper vans and ensuring high-quality vehicle preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate all processes related to our camper-vans
- →Oversee vehicle preparation and maintenance
- →Provide technical leadership and guidance to agents involved in vehicle preparation
- →Potentially participate in agent training and development
- →Inspect returned camper-vans for damages, report findings to HQ, and initiate necessary repairs
- →Ensure compliance with quality standards, particularly regarding vehicle preparation
Requirements
- ✓Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in vehicle rental, tourism, or related fields
- ✓High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
- ✓Hands-on approach with strong communication skills
- ✓Resilient problem-solver with organizational talent
- ✓Proficient German and solid English language skills
- ✓Valid Class B driver's license
