About the Role
We are looking for an Automation Product Manager to join Roadsurfer, Europe's largest campervan rental company. This role focuses on driving automation vision by designing and optimizing scalable workflows that reduce manual effort and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive automation vision by designing and optimizing scalable workflows
- βCollaborate with engineering, operations, data, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver automated solutions
- βAnalyze existing processes end-to-end and stay current with automation tools and API integration trends
- βMonitor workflow performance and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve reliability
- βMaintain standards for logic stability, error handling, documentation, and quality assurance
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner
- βProven track record of improving operations through process automation
- βSkilled in managing projects in agile environments
- βExperience designing and scaling complex workflows on automation platforms
- βExcellent communication skills in English
- βHands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Metabase, and Figma
