About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Crypto Core Trading team at Robinhood. This role focuses on building backend systems that support high-volume, low-latency trading workflows for millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain backend services and distributed systems for crypto trading
- →Design, implement, and release product-facing features with strict correctness requirements
- →Develop and refine REST APIs that serve millions of customers
- →Identify and implement improvements to increase system throughput and reduce latency
- →Contribute to long-term architecture decisions to improve maintainability
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of professional software development experience
- ✓Experience building highly concurrent or distributed systems
- ✓Strong understanding of API design principles
- ✓Track record of contributing to large, complex systems
- ✓Sound technical judgment and problem-solving skills
