As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be an important driver in helping our marketing, product and engineering teams grow the future of Roblox. We are seeking a passionate and driven Growth Marketing Creative Manager to support the execution of growth marketing campaigns. You will be a key player in driving product adoption, increasing revenue, and shaping the future of our ad platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the performance advertising landscape, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach.
You'll partner with growth marketers, data scientists, product managers, engineers and leaders across the company to grow Roblox's user base, re-engage users, and drive successful campaigns. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Ads.
You will:
β’ Support the development of innovative marketing strategies to attract and engage users, while maintaining brand consistency. This involves app stores, paid channels, paid influencers, and more.
β’ Work with internal and external creative agencies to create high-quality marketing assets, including video, digital, social media, and experiential content.
β’ Manage the day-to-day creative optimization analysis and performance read out across channels.
β’ Partner closely with both cross-functional teams (growth marketing, marketing, creative studio, product, communications) and external agencies to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
β’ Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in design, technology, and youth culture, particularly within the platform and gaming space.
β’ Collaborate with external/internal agencies and vendors as needed to execute creative projects.
β’ Work with team members to find opportunities to optimize the creative operation process.
You have:
β’ 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role with a strong background in the design and marketing space
β’ Gaming/Platform passion: A genuine passion for gaming and immersive experiences
β’ Expertise in growth marketing or user acquisition with a focus on the user funnel.
β’ Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing innovative and effective creative work.
β’ Strong understanding of incrementality, coefficients, ARPU and user LTV.
β’ Analytical and quantitative mindset. Data-driven results are at the forefront of all decisions.
β’ Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
β’ Collaboration: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, to inspire and get buy-in to influence the creative roadmap, able to work effectively across departments.
β’ Knowledge of up-to-date ad tech (Gen AI, etc) and advertising products to yield scalability.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
