Key Responsibilities
- →Drive cross-product impact by building experiments in Proposals and optimizing onboarding flows
- →Operate in a Kanban environment, balancing rapid iteration with quality engineering practices
- →Build features spanning the entire customer lifecycle from signup to subscription upgrades
- →Develop AI-driven experiences and novel workflows for the roofing industry
- →Work autonomously with product designers and Growth Engineering Managers
- →Set up A/B tests and feature variations to drive user value
- →Build full-stack solutions using React and Laravel
- →Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and complexity

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-stack experience with JavaScript, React, and backend development
- ✓Strong PostgreSQL skills including query optimization and performance tuning
- ✓Experience building for experimentation and metrics-driven iteration
- ✓Proven ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams
- ✓Autonomous problem-solving skills in early-stage environments
