Key Responsibilities
- →Ownership and management of the Americas Wave 1 deployment plan, ensuring timely delivery with realized benefits
- →Provide leadership by building and motivating local and global team members to meet deployment goals
- →Day-to-day management of Americas Wave 1 superusers & SMEs, ensuring the plan is robust, resourced and achievable
- →Provide guidance on the Rotork D365 solution to unblock critical tasks
- →Ensure best practices and lessons learned from previous deployments are understood and adopted
- →Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
- →Provide leadership in managing change for local leadership teams and dedicated Change & Comms resources
- →Monitor, track, and control programme level delivery, working with stakeholders to resolve issues
- →Identify and develop trusted adviser relationships with key stakeholders
- →Lead steering committee and gate reviews throughout the project lifecycle
- →Establish key performance metrics and report monthly to the Rotork Management Board
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Dynamics 365 FinOps & CE implementation
- ✓Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex deployments
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- ✓Experience working with global deployment teams and local superusers
- ✓Ability to identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource pinchpoints
- ✓Leadership experience in managing change initiatives
- ✓Experience with steering committees and gate reviews
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
