About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to build strong relationships with external customers and provide technical assistance with quotations and specifications. This role ensures high levels of customer service across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure quotations are recorded accurately and in a timely fashion
- →Maintain departmental KPIs
- →Ensure technical documentation, specifications, and customer purchase orders are accurate prior to issue
- →Respond swiftly to all customer queries within pre-agreed timescales
