About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of key projects and programs. This role requires utilizing technical knowledge across the RRD network to deliver solutions that meet customer initiatives and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute work plans, evaluate ongoing progress, and manage deadlines for projects
- →Coordinate internal and external project activities and collaborate with cross-functional team members
- →Resolve or escalate issues that may arise during the production of customer products
- →Work strategically with clients on project planning requirements
- →Provide accurate communication to the project team on all business, creative, legal, and technical requirements
- →Coordinate account management activities during and after the sale
- →Prepare data analytics and KPIs across accounts to identify cost savings opportunities
- →Assist in implementing and executing products and services
- →Develop and prepare sales product presentations for up-sell opportunities
- →Assist sales with preparing RFPs and RFQs
- →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and communicate new information to sales
Requirements
