About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join Rubrik's design team in Tel Aviv. This role focuses on creating next-generation user experiences for enterprise data security solutions, helping Rubrik become a benchmark for enterprise design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Champion the design process, exploring big ideas and creative solutions with attention to detail
- →Produce deliverables at every stage of the design process, including storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and visual assets
- →Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the design process
- →Give and solicit feedback to continually raise the bar for quality
- →Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure design reflects user needs
- →Evolve our design language and design system
- →Work with design system UI engineers to ensure precise implementations
- →Help set the bar for consumer-grade design in the enterprise space
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of relevant hands-on design experience
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Design (Visual Communication, Interactive, etc.)
- ✓Outstanding portfolio showcasing work with a foundation in interaction and visual design
- ✓Team player willing to work cross-functionally
- ✓Solid presentation skills
- ✓Passion for getting things done the right way and consistently
- ✓Proactive and not afraid to drive towards finding better solutions
- ✓Someone who listens to others and values understanding
- ✓Someone who enjoys solving complex design problems
