About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Runpod, a foundational platform for developers to build and run custom AI systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to all aspects of the recruiting process, ensuring we maintain our commitment to excellence in hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create an exceptional candidate experience
- →Drive full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process/closing and onboarding
- →Partner with Hiring Managers for their hiring strategies and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality and diverse talent
- →Build out our recruiting social channels
- →Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates and foster long-term relationships
- →Be a leader in diversity and inclusion efforts across the company
- →Represent Runpod at recruiting events
- →Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Greenhouse)
Requirements
- ✓4+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting with experience in technical roles
- ✓Experience hiring across the organization with heavily leaning on technical roles
- ✓Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- ✓Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks
- ✓Proven success recruiting a variety of roles in a fast growing tech company
- ✓Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse)
- ✓Experience using G-Suite
- ✓Passion for diversity and inclusion in recruiting
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Proven ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
