The Talent Acquisition Partner at Knix is a strategic brand ambassador that attracts, assesses and selects the right people to join the Knix team. Operating as an owner, they’ll design effective recruitment strategies that lead our hiring managers to building effective teams aligned with our business goals and elevating the level of talent in the company. The Opportunity:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all hourly and salary positions in a growing retail organization, while providing a world-class candidate experience.
• Maintain a high volume of full cycle requisitions effectively while considering internal talent mobility and mapping.
• Search for and activate passive candidates to nurture a pipeline of diverse top talent for key positions for current and prospective opportunities with a continuous pulse on the talent landscape.
• Partner with hiring managers to navigate the talent landscape fpr their search, educating them about the talent market and the best way to identify the most ideal candidate for current and future business needs.
• Maintain a high level of data accuracy within the applicant tracking system to leverage reports and dashboards that unlock insights regarding recruitment strategies.
• Drive applications using platforms & tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, direct sourcing, social media, external boards and employee referrals.
• Own initiatives that bring our employer brand to life and support the business in our talent attraction while assisting in other TA-related projects.
• Partner with People Business Partners to identify new opportunities for the People team to add value to the business and the employee experience.

Qualifications
• 4 years or more of experience in a high volume, full-cycle recruitment role within a growing retail business.
• A track record of maintaining multiple requisitions and can manage high-volume recruitment periods.
• Previous experience in an agency environment is considered a strong asset.
• You have a multichannel approach to recruitment that includes inbound applicants, sourcing, referrals, social media etc. You’re not comfortable with one approach.
• Experience developing strategies for challenging roles, always looking for ways for us to improve.
• Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed Resume database.
• Use of an enterprise level Applicant Tracking System (such as Lever). Administration experience is an asset!
• You have exceptional storytelling skills to represent Knix in the market as an employer of choice.
• You’re a strong, clear communicator who knows how to influence stakeholders on talent acquisition best practices.
• You build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• You are highly self-directed and solution-oriented with a high sense of urgency to deliver results and meet business deadlines.
• You have experience championing diversity and inclusion programs or initiatives.
Salary:
• Annual Salary starting at $82,000 and up
