About the Role
We are seeking a Nordics Sales Development Representative to join Saviynt, a leader in identity security. This role involves identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generating new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and efficient inbound lead follow-up
- →Developing a deep understanding of the lead generation process
- →Qualifying leads and moving them through the sales pipeline
- →Managing and optimizing your own book of business and pipeline
- →Handling complex lead generation calls across diverse technology domains
- →Driving large enterprise initiatives and building strong executive-level relationships
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology
- ✓Swedish and English language skills
- ✓Any other Nordics languages (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) are strongly preferred
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to effectively break down complex technical information
- ✓A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
- ✓Strong lead qualification abilities (BANT or CHAMP)
- ✓Experience working with digital and marketing initiatives
- ✓Proficiency with CRM applications
- ✓A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
