About the Role
The Deal Operations Analyst will support commercial sales transactions across EMEA regions, ensuring forecast accuracy and license compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the quoting and forecasting process for commercial sales transactions
- →Attend regional forecast calls and ensure forecast accuracy
- →Analyze and review customer licensing, products, and usage
- →Ensure commercial proposals align with internal policies
- →Review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness
- →Document all approvals according to internal policies
- →Work with cross-functional teams including Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal
- →Interface with Order Management to ensure accuracy in the ServiceNow CRM tool
