About the Role
We are seeking a senior, highly commercial relationship manager to own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise merchants in the UK for Clearpay. This role will be instrumental in shaping Clearpay's enterprise engagement strategy and acting as a trusted advisor to senior merchant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and grow long-term, strategic enterprise partnerships that deliver value for Merchants, Customers, and Clearpay
- →Define and execute bespoke growth strategies for enterprise merchants
- →Lead complex Merchant 'Go Lives' and expansions
- →Build trusted relationships with senior merchant stakeholders
- →Shape and champion Clearpay's enterprise Merchant Value Proposition
- →Identify strategic opportunities and market insights from enterprise merchants
- →Drive best practices and scalable improvements across the relationship management function
Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience managing and growing enterprise-level merchants
- ✓Proven track record of owning complex, high-value client relationships
- ✓Experience operating in a high-growth technology business
- ✓Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance revenue growth, customer outcomes, and profitability
- ✓Confidence engaging with senior and C-suite merchant stakeholders
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts
- ✓Proactive, self-driven leader with a strong sense of ownership
- ✓Passion for building exceptional, long-term customer partnerships
