About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join Saviynt's UK team. This role focuses on identifying and generating sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and efficient inbound lead follow-up. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our continued success in identity security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Generate new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
→Master each stage of the lead generation process from marketing initiatives to transition to Account Executives
→Independently BANT or CHAMP qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
→Manage and optimize your own book of business and pipeline to ensure strong lead qualification
→Handle complex lead generation calls across diverse technology domains and customer roles
→Drive large enterprise initiatives and build executive-level relationships with customers and partners
→Act as a proactive resource to help agencies build customized solutions

Requirements

✓1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology
✓English language skills
✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a dynamic presence
✓Ability to break down complex technical information into clear talking points
✓Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals in enterprise accounts
✓Strong lead qualification abilities and experience moving leads through sales pipeline
✓Experience managing your own book of business and pipeline
✓Experience working with digital and marketing initiatives to research clients
✓Proficiency with CRM applications
✓Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
