About the Role
The Video Content Specialist will own and grow a client’s YouTube channel in the mortgage industry, creating strategic content to educate and engage audiences while building trust and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Edit and optimize video content using tools such as CapCut, Wondershare, Filmora, and Adobe Premiere
- →Design engaging thumbnails, banners, and video descriptions to maximize engagement
- →Post and schedule content on YouTube in alignment with brand guidelines
- →Develop and suggest video ideas, hooks, titles, and thumbnail concepts to drive viewership
- →Create short-form excerpts from long-form content for promotion on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- →Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies to improve reach and conversion rates
- →Work closely with the Creative Director and internal teams to ensure content supports marketing goals
- →Apply YouTube analytics and best practices to support channel growth
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in YouTube content creation, editing, and channel growth
- ✓Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
- ✓Strong video editing skills using the required tools
- ✓Ability to create engaging, conversion-focused video content
- ✓Fluent English communication skills with clear written and verbal communication
- ✓Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
