About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Baltic Project Management team in the Portfolio Governance Office. This role involves leading large projects across Baltic banks and actively participating in the overall development governance process.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead assigned large projects across Baltics and multiple teams, setting clear goals, deliveries, scope, plans, and budget
→Contribute to improving Baltic portfolio governance and project management framework and processes
→Contribute to improving Baltic development governance framework and process
→Actively participate in the project management community by promoting knowledge sharing and best practices

Requirements

✓2 or more years of experience in Project Management, preferably cross-country
✓Solid understanding of project management and general knowledge of technology and development processes in an Agile environment
✓Passion for improving the work environment
✓Excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills with both business and IT
✓Fluent English language skills
✓Willingness to take on challenges and suggest new ideas
