About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Diegem. In this role, you will handle incoming leads and manage end-to-end sales processes for smaller opportunities, supporting the overall growth of our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process and qualify incoming leads, ensuring proper registration in our CRM tool
- →Act as the first point of contact for sales-related questions from customers and prospects
- →Manage the full sales cycle for smaller deals, from first contact to signed quotation
- →Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and follow-up actions
- →Support the preparation of quotations and coordinate with Sales Representatives when needed
- →Contribute to up-selling and cross-selling efforts within existing accounts
- →Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations, and contracts in the CRM system
- →Support larger bids and tenders when required (LME segment)
