About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer RVS to join our team. This role involves building and supporting Securitas Remote Video Solutions security solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with colleagues to build and support Securitas Remote Video Solutions security solutions for clients
- →Handle pre-configuration of equipment to be installed
- →Participate in the installation of equipment and/or follow-up of installation work by third parties
- →Configure equipment and desired functionalities according to guidelines on central platforms and ensure final connection with the SOC
- →Perform necessary tests and document the solution in the form of an As-built document
- →Provide training to customers on the use of the delivered solution
- →Analyze and provide temporary or permanent solutions for failures through repair or replacement
- →Perform preventive maintenance and report results to the concerned parties
- →Report to the Solutions Delivery Manager RVS
Requirements
- ✓Experience in security solutions and remote video surveillance
- ✓Technical knowledge of camera systems and IP network infrastructure
- ✓Ability to perform site inspections and validate solution concepts
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent communication and customer service skills
