About the Role
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity with SEEK. You will be an integral part of the Commercial function, focusing on engaging with small to medium-sized enterprises to understand their hiring challenges and convert them to pilot programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engaging with SME businesses through a high volume of daily outbound sales calls, focusing on understanding their hiring challenges and upselling opportunities.
- →Performing effective discovery to uncover and understand customer needs, ensuring recommendations fit their individual business requirements.
- →Leveraging strong influencing and negotiation skills to provide strategic consultations and drive results.
- →Utilizing a fundamental understanding of the SEEK platform and current market trends in client conversations.
- →Driving continuous improvement through a proactive focus on individual and team performance.
