About the Role
We are seeking an Acquisition Lead to lead a team of Sales Executives focused on acquiring new SME accounts through high-volume call outreach. This role drives business growth and revenue expansion by developing a team of skilled consultative sellers who deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and coach Sales Executives to build strong client relationships
- →Foster a high-performance culture balancing customer advocacy with commercial success
- →Develop individual development plans and succession planning for internal promotion candidates
- →Oversee strategic account plans aligned with client challenges and business goals
- →Guide team in consultative selling, account expansion, and proactive issue resolution
- →Generate market insights that allow for immediate pivoting of strategies
- →Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs for sales performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
- →Use data-driven insights to improve team performance and implement corrective actions
- →Manage acquired accounts during initial months, ensuring seamless onboarding
- →Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- →Collaborate with internal teams and communicate business status clearly
