About the Role
The Director, Business Operations EMEA Commercial serves as a strategic business partner to the EMEA Commercial Sales leadership team, driving operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across the Commercial segment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary operational business partner to the EMEA Commercial Sales leadership team, providing strategic counsel on go-to-market execution.
- →Orchestrate annual and in-year sales planning including territory design, quota setting, and coverage optimisation.
- →Own and drive the forecast cadence for EMEA Commercial Sales, delivering accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
- →Generate insights through advanced analytics and data mining to improve decision-making and sales efficiency.
- →Drive GTM operational readiness by leading projects that improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Finance, HR, Deal Desk, Commissions, and Global Sales Operations.
- ✓Expertise in CRM data and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- ✓Experience in territory design, quota allocation, and sales process optimisation.
- ✓Ability to lead planning, analytics, and territory management initiatives.
- ✓Proven track record in driving operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
