About the Role
We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join CESO, Inc., a principle-centered organization that values service and integrity. This role involves supporting IT systems and providing excellent customer service to employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor events, incidents, and service requests related to IT systems and infrastructure
- →Act as the primary liaison between customers and IT departments
- →Field helpdesk inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- →Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- →Perform hands-on fixes, including software installation and hardware setup
- →Set up new employee equipment and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
- →Apply diagnostic tools and online resources to aid in problem resolution
- →Conduct preventive maintenance for workstations and peripherals
- →Escalate advanced issues to appropriate technicians
- →Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- →Assist with new hire onboarding and perform routine workstation updates
- →Adhere to helpdesk policies and procedures
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ✓Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe programs
- ✓Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft services and third-party APIs
