About the Role
We are seeking a Team Manager to lead and develop our team, focusing on delivery excellence and customer engagement. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive organizational and cultural changes to adapt to market demands and technology
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and RPA solutions
- →Communicate and present Sutherland’s products to industry prospects
- →Solve complex customer service issues by identifying root causes
- →Conduct business with integrity and ensure compliance standards
- →Lead customer interactions during performance reviews
- →Act as Point of Contact for first-level escalations
- →Maintain cost-effective workforce to handle volume fluctuations
- →Prepare invoices and ensure timely submission
- →Review financial performance reports and ensure budget compliance
- →Set and monitor goals for Associate Managers and Team Managers
- →Conduct weekly reviews of process performance
- →Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with team members
- →Develop trust and professional rapport with employees
Requirements
