About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated sales operations professional to support our Technology Partnerships sales organization. This individual contributor role will partner with VPs and their teams to drive critical operational areas and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own all aspects of pipeline and forecast management and reporting
- →Manage sales territory analysis, design, coverage models, compensation plan design, quota modeling and headcount plans
- →Design and track MBOs, SPIFFs, and other compensation related items
- →Create analytical reports, dashboards, and insights to support the business
- →Own completion of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): analytics, insights and PowerPoint presentation creation
- →Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve productivity and efficiency
- →Collaborate with planning team on annual planning deliverables
- →Manage quota assignments, attainment and partner manager productivity
- →Support new rep onboarding with comp plans, quota assignments, system accesses, and tool enablement
- →Serve as operations Subject Matter Expert on Strategic Technology and CRM Partnerships in GTM program planning
- →Create, communicate and govern operational and compensation policies and processes
- →Interface with Sales Operations, Finance, Commissions and Legal as needed
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales operations supporting technology partnerships
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to create reports and dashboards
- ✓Knowledge of compensation design and administration
- ✓Understanding of territory planning and management
- ✓Experience with pipeline and forecast management
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally and present recommendations to leadership
- ✓Familiarity with GTM program planning and operational processes
