About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Edge Automation team within Platform Fundamentals BU. This role focuses on providing enterprise customers with cutting-edge client automation tools for critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Preparing product requirements based on customer interactions and market research
- →Working with Engineering on product deliverables
- →Collaborating with Design and User Research team to build great user experiences
- →Engaging with executive leaders and sharing product roadmap and adoption progress
- →Meeting customers to drive up adoption and get feedback
- →Guiding projects through development with multiple teams to bring high-quality products to life
- →Communicating complex problems into easily understood requirements and providing solutions
- →Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of different audience needs
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management, particularly in automation or AI tools
- ✓Strong understanding of enterprise business processes
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
- ✓Experience working with engineering, design, and user research teams
- ✓Knowledge of AI Agents, RPA, and enterprise automation governance
