About the Role
You will play a key role in connecting HR strategy with business goals of the SSC. Your task will be to provide advice to management and ensure employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities
- βBusiness Partnership: Provide advice and support to department leaders in people management, aiming to achieve business objectives.
- βHR Strategy: Create and implement HR plans and programs supporting the organization's strategy.
- βPolicies and Procedures: Review and develop local HR guidelines, ensuring consistency with business priorities and regional HR strategy.
- βHR Operations: Supervise the full employee lifecycle, including: recruitment planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, compensation systems (Total Rewards), development and training, and internal communication.
- βTalent Development: Manage performance evaluation processes and support a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- βCompliance and Labor Law: Monitor local labor laws and ensure full compliance of internal policies with legal requirements and Group standards.
- βRegional Projects: Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and projects at local and global levels.
