About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support Hivemind program execution across the United Kingdom and Ukraine. This role involves leading cross-functional delivery efforts and ensuring autonomy capabilities are developed, integrated, deployed, and sustained effectively for mission outcomes. The position is based in the United Kingdom with frequent travel to Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and communicate product vision aligned with strategic goals
- →Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to sustainment
- →Partner with Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Program Management teams
- →Gather customer feedback from field users and military operators
- →Lead and develop a team of high-performing product managers
- →Establish key product performance metrics for data-driven decisions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- ✓12+ years of experience in product management with 5+ years in senior leadership
- ✓Proven success in leading hardware/software product lines through lifecycle stages
- ✓Deep experience in autonomy, robotics, aerospace/defense, or mission-critical technologies
- ✓Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with stakeholder influence skills
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Self-starter able to operate effectively in ambiguity
