About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join Shippeo and act as the architect of our revenue engine. This role will unify operational foundations to drive efficiency, visibility, and global growth, serving as a critical bridge between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Partner with the CRO, CMO, and Finance to build annual revenue and funnel plans. Drive a rigorous forecasting cadence (leveraging Clari) and provide a 'single source of truth' for funnel performance.
- →Systems Architecture: Contribute to the management and connectivity of our core stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Front, PlanHat). Ensure systems function as a cohesive engine and support field teams in operational continuity.
- →Process & AI Automation: Design and implement processes across the GTM customer lifecycle. Identify and deploy AI-powered tools and intelligent automation to increase productivity and data accuracy.
- →Pipeline Operations: Establish feedback loops for lead qualification and operationalize target lists. Partner with Marketing to support tracking, attribution, and intent models.
- →Account & Territory Strategy: Work closely with leadership to enable GTM strategy through robust territory design, account planning, and data enrichment strategies to ensure high CRM data integrity.
