About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join Sierra, a company creating a platform to help businesses build better customer experiences with AI. This role involves prospecting, relationship management, and closing complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- →Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, addressing objections and closing deals
- →Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed sales targets
- →Collaborate with marketing, product, technical, and operations teams
- →Help define our sales motion as part of an early team
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role with Mid-market or SMB accounts
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- ✓Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
